We have been in business for 4 years but have over 10 years in the pool industry
What is your primary product or service?
We provide new inground pool projects, both fiberglass and vinyl. We also handle liner changes and repairs to pools and concrete. also
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the industry by chance. I have an extensive background in concrete and decorative concrete. I came upon the pool industry by chance, but is a natural progression as we can offer more services for a complete project with the pool and hardscape.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We like to put the customer first. This may sound like a cliche, but we have noticed many companies take on too much and spread themselves thin so they do not give the customer a one on one customer experience.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We service new Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8-530 Monday thru Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliments we have received are that it is the best investment a customer has ever made but our personal favorite are when the kids love the pool.
