How long have you been in business?
I have been in the taxicab industry for 3 years. However I have been in the customer service industry and on many other business most of my life.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer airport taxi cab services. In town and out of state taxicab services. We also unlock cars and trucks. We even offer package delivery and Courier Services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been and the customer service Industries. I was working for a call center and just was not liking the aspect of the industry. I seen an ad that was hiring for cab drivers took the job and enjoyed the industry seen a lot of places that lacked quality and customer service and wanted to bring that aspect into my everyday life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I strive to make every aspect of my business about the customer. This includes clean cabs on time transportation and customer orientated services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have two locations I'm not planning on expanding anytime soon

Are primary office is located in both Monkey Junction and near the Wilmington International Airport.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards we can even take some gift cards.
Which areas do you service?
We provide services for Wilmington North Carolina and all surrounding areas up to about a hundred miles.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner and run everyday operations. We are driver dispatch so that we can provide accurate pickups and scheduling.
What are your hours of operation?
We are 24 hours a day 7 days a week including most major holidays.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This is the cleanest Cab in town,And thank you for the bottles of water
